If communication in Japanese is difficult,
we can only accept the booking if an interpreter is present.
・The fee includes the photography session, photo data, and transportation costs.
・For locations outside the designated area, an additional travel fee will be required (from ¥3,000).
・Payment is accepted in cash on the day of the session only.
・Photos will be delivered via Google Photos.
・If the number of participants exceeds 10,
an additional fee of ¥10,000 will be charged for every additional group of 10 people.

This is a rush delivery plan,
with your photos delivered one week after the photoshoot date.

Fuefuki City, Yamanashi City, Koshu City, Ichikawamisato Town,
and Fujikawa Town (up to the Michi-no-Eki Fujikawa area)
・For trips outside of the designated areas within Yamanashi Prefecture, an additional ¥3,000 will be charged.
・For business trips outside Yamanashi Prefecture,
an additional ¥5,000 plus actual expenses will be charged.
・We do not conduct photography at locations that require a filming permit.

＊Important Notes＊
• Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to travel due to unavoidable circumstances such as flight cancellations,
no cancellation fee will be charged.
・Within 2 days of the scheduled shoot: 100% of the total fee
・1 week to 3 days before the scheduled shoot: 50% of the total fee
• Plan Changes
If the schedule allows, extensions on the day of the shoot may be possible.
Changes to the All data plan or upgrades to the speed plan are also available after the shoot date.
• Delivery
Delivery will take approximately 2 months from the shooting date.
During peak seasons (March–April and September–December), delivery may take around 3 months.
As delivery requires time, please select the speed plan if you are in a hurry.
• Reservation Time
The photoshoot will begin at your reserved time.
Please arrive at the location 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time.
If you arrive late, the shooting time may be shortened and the number of delivered photos may be reduced.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a same-day cancellation,
and the full cancellation fee will apply.
Please note that there will be no price adjustment even if the shooting time is shortened.
We kindly ask that you arrive early.
